ఆర్కూట్ లో ఫేక్ ఐడిలతో అమ్మాయిలను వేదిస్తున్న ప్రవీణ్ కుమార్ అనే విధ్యార్ది అరెష్టు..వరంగల్ లో చేసిన ప్రవీణ్ కుమార్ అనే విద్యార్ది ఒ అమ్మాయి ఫొటోతో ఆర్కూట్ల్ లో నకిలి ఐడీ క్రియేట్ వల్గర్ కామెంట్స్ తో వేదిస్తున్నట్టు సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు రావడంతో..గుగుల్ వారు ఇచ్చిన సమాచారం మేరకు సైబర్ క్రైంపోలీదులు అరెష్టు చేసారు...కొంతమంది బ్లాగర్లు అసబ్యికరమైన బ్లాగులు క్రియేట్ చేసి అసభ్యికరమైన మెస్సేజ్ లు పెడుతూ వేదిస్తున్న విషయాన్ని మేము www.cybercrimehelp.com ఆద్వర్యింలో సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేసాం సదరు వ్యక్తులు మమ్మల్ని చాలెంజ్ చేస్తూ పంపిన మెస్సేజ్ లను కూడా వారికి ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది ఇలా నిందితులను అరెష్టు చేయడమేకాక ఇండియాలోని వారి ఇంటికి నోటీసులు వీసా కాన్సిలేషన్ పాస్పోర్టు సీజ్ చేయడం జరుగుతుంది కొత్తగా వచ్చిన ఐటి యాక్టు ప్రకారం రెండు సంత్స్రరాల నుండి ఎనిమిది సంత్సరాల వరకు జైలు శిక్ష భారీ జరిమానాకూడా ఉంటుంది..అరెష్టు అయిన వారిని మీడియా ముందు ప్రవేశపెట్టడంతో ఇండియాలో అందరి ముందు మీరు నేరస్తులుగా మిగిలి పోతారు హేపీగా ఉద్యొగం కోసమో , చదువుకోవడానికో విదేశాలకు వెళ్ళిన మీకు ఇవన్నీ అవసరమా..? ఆలోచించుకోండి ఆతరువాత మీష్టం....ఇప్పటికైనా అలాంటి బ్లాగులు అపివేస్తే మంచిది లేదంటే వారి భవిష్యత్ నాశనం అవుతుంది ఇది మాత్రం నిజం..లైట్ గా తీసుకంటే తరువాత భాదపడేది మీరే..ఇప్పుడు కొత్తగా వచ్చిన ఐటి యాక్టు 2008 ను సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులు కచ్చితంగా పాటిస్తున్నారు అమెరికాలో ఉన్న గుగుల్ కంపెనీతో కొన్ని ఒప్పందాలు కుదిరాయి...ఇలాంటి కేసుల విషయంలో గుగుల్ సహకరించకపోతే ఇండియాలో ఉన్న గుగుల్ కంపెనీల పై చర్యలు తీసుకునే అవకాసం ఉనందువల్ల ఇలాంటి కేసుల విషంలొ పోలీసులకు సహకరించేందుకు గుగుల్ కంపెనీ అమెరికాలో ఇండియాలో కొందరిని ప్రత్యెకంగా నియమించినట్టు సమాచారం..అందుకే కేసులు త్వరగా పరిష్కారం అవుతున్నాయి.. పోలీసులు పంపిన mail వివరాలు చూడండి..
Today the Cyber Crime Police, Cybeabad arrested the accused Sunkishala Praveen Kumar @ Raju aged about 25 years r/o Warangal in Cr.No.03/2010, U/S 509 IPC & Sec. 67 I.T. Act of 2000 for creating a fake account in social network site Orkut on the name of a girl and harassing her through abusive/vulgar message and obscene pictures.
He completed M.Sc at NIT Warangal in the year 2007-2009. After completion of his studies he came to Hyderabad in search of job. During that time he stayed with his Uncle’s residence at Gandhi Nagar and used to browse the net, which is available in the room. During the browsing he saw a community site in Orkut on the name of NIT Warangal, MSc Chemistry. He searched and found his junior account and opened his photos gallery and found many photographs of his classmates in group and individual. In that he found a girl Photograph also. He made copy of that and with the help of that photograph and created fake email id with rajunatco@gmail.com and through which he created an account on her name in Orkut. In that account he pasted her Photographs and some obscene scenes collected from different sites by writing vulgar comments in that account as if she wrote and used to respond the massages and mails to that account. The accused with an intention to defame the girl created an account on her name with vulgar comments and obscene photographs.
The arrested accused is being produced before the Hon’ble court at Miyapur.
