ఫొటోలు మార్పింగ్ చేసి ఇబ్బంది పెడుతున్న్ ఇంజినీరింగ్ విద్యార్డి Dharmadas Hari Prasad ని గుగుల్ సహాయంతో సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులు అరెష్టు చేశారు...జగ్గయ్యపేటలో నివసిస్తున్న హరిప్రసాద్ కు తనస్నేహితురాలిని చిన్నప్పటి నుంచే ప్రేమిస్తున్నాడు తన ప్రేమను నిరాకరించిందని ఇంర్నెట్ లో వేదిస్తున్నాడు... USA లో ఉద్యోగం చేస్తూ తనను ఎవ్వరూ ఏంచేయలేరని వేదించడం మొదలు పెట్టాడు. చివరకు సైబర్ క్రైంపొలీసులకు చిక్కాడు.కేసువివరాలు పరిశీలిస్తే..
During the course of investigation, after examination of witnesses and analyzing the case technically basing on the Log details provided by Google and subsequent end-user detailed provided by TATA, BSNL and Reliance, the accused Mr.Dharmadas Hari Prasad was successfully identified and arrested on 29-05-2011 at 1600 hours. On interrogation he confessed that he has used the desktop computer systems, laptops & internet data cards of his friends (in order to conceal himself) for sending the abusive / offensive emails.
He also narrated that the daughter of the complainant has completed her B.Tech and resident Jaggaiahpet while the accused Mr.Dharmadas Hari Prasad is ex-school mate of the victim also residing in the same colony. Mr.D.Hari Prasad and the victim were schoolmates up to schooling and after that there were having no contacts between them. In the year 2008 while the victim and the accused pursuing their B.Tech in different colleges, the accused Hari Prasad some how secured the mobile number of the victim and contacted her, who is studying B.Tech the accused Mr.Hari Prasad proposed his love to victim for which she bluntly rejected his proposal and then on wards she stopped talking with the accused. Subsequently the parents of the victim fixed her marriage with a boy, who presently working in USA. As such the accused Mr.Hari Prasad bore grudge against the victim, the accused created a fake email ID sent obscene / abusive emails to the would be husband of the victim defaming her character, advised not to marry her. Further the accused Mr.Hari Prasad also sent obscene / abusive emails to the cousin brother of the victim not to perform her marriage.At the instance of the accused the hard disks of the laptops and data cards were seized which were used in commission of offence and he is being produced before the court.
చూసారుగా మీరు విదేశాల్లొ ఉన్నాంకదాని ఇలాంటీ ఇల్లీగల్ పని చేస్తే మాత్రం ఎక్కడున్నా పట్టుకుంటాం అని సైబర్ క్రైం పోలోసులు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు...ఇప్పుడు గుగుల్ కూడాసైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసుల కుసహరించేందుకు ఓ ప్రత్యేకమైన టీంను పోలీసులకు సహకరించేందుకు ఏర్పాటు చేశారు....ఒక్క గుగూల్ మాత్రమే కాదు యాహూ కూడా తమకు సహకరించాలని చెప్పడంతో సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులకు కేసులు చేదించడం ఇప్పుడు చాలా ఈజీ అయిపొయింది..సొ ఇంటర్నెట్ లో వేదించడం కాని...అసబ్యి పదజాలాన్ని ఉపయోగించేవారి పై ఓప్రత్యేకమైన టీం పని చేస్తుంది SO Be Care FUll ...GUD LUCK
