టెక్నాలజీ ను అవకాశం చేసుకొని ఇతరులను ఇబ్బందుల పాలు చేస్తే కఠిన చర్యిలు తప్పవని పోలీసులు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు.... ఈ మైల్స్ లో బెదిరిస్తున్నాం కదా ఎవ్వరూ ఏం చేయలేరు అన్నవిషయానికి పోలీసులు చెక్ పెడుతున్నారు కొందరు ఇతరుల ఈమైల్ ఐడిలు తెల్సుకొని బెదిరించడం అసబ్యికర మైన మైల్స్ పంపుతున్న వ్యక్తులను ఇప్పుడున్న టేక్నాలజీ ప్రకారం పట్టుకోవడం ఈ జీ అంటున్నారు సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులు..ఇప్పుడు వచ్చీన ఐటి యాక్టులల్లో ఇలా చేసేవారికి కఠిన చర్యలు తప్పవని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు పోలీసులు..ఉప్పల్ కు చెందిన శ్రీనివాస్ మూర్తికి గుర్తు తెలియని వ్యక్త్యులు ఈమైల్ ద్వారా ఫ్యామిలి మొత్తాన్ని చంపేస్తామని బెదిరింపు ఈ మైల్స్ రావడం తో సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులను ఆశ్రయించాడు తమిలనాడుకు చెందిన వ్యక్తి ఈ పని చేస్తున్నాడని గుర్తించిన సైబర్ క్రైం పోలీసులు తహమత్ ఆలీ అనే వ్యక్తిని అరెష్టుచేశారు..ఇతనికి బెంగ్లూర్ కు చెందిన గాయిత్రి అనే మహిళ చెప్పడంతో ఈ పని చేస్తున్నానని నిందితుడు చెబుతున్నాడు గతంలో గాయిత్రి తో జరిగిన గొడవలే ఈ ఘటనకు కారణం అని తేల్చారు పోలీసులు ఓసారి ఆకేసు వివరాలు పరిశీలిస్తే.....
Threatening e mail sender arrested
One TM Rahumath Ali r/o Madurai was arrested by the Cyber Crime Police Station of Cyberabad, who was continuously sending e mails threatening and abusing one Sri Srinivas of Ramantahapur, Uppal , Cyberabad from different mail ID.
On 12-08-2011 a complaint was lodge by one Srinivas Chamarthy s/o Ch. Nageshwar Rao, aged 35 yrs, Occ. Business, r/o Plot No A-7, T.V. Colony, Ramanthapur, Uppal Post, Hyderabad that his Gmail account schamarthy.caspl@gmail.com was hacked during 4th April 2011 to 8th April 2011many times by some unknown culprits. On Saturday, Jul 30, 2011 at 7:51 PM he received an abusive mail from chandru.95@rediffmail.com. The mail was containing the names of his wife and daughter. Again he received another mail on 2nd August 2011 at 14:29 PM from the same ID saying that he would be killed in one month or his family would be harmed.
Basing on the above complaint a case in Cr.No.16/2011, was registered in Cyber Crime P.S. Cyberabad and the investigation taken up.
TM Rahumath Ali s/o TA Abdul Jabbar, Age 30 yrs, r/o 14/105 Karpaga Nagar, 5th Street, Madurai was taken into custody on 19-8-2011 at Madurai Tamil nadu by Cyber Crimes PS Staff. He was brought to Hyderabad and produced before the Hon’ble XVI MM court and who sent him to judicial custody on 22-08-2011. He confessed that he sent the mails on the instructions of his Senior Colleague Smt Gayathri r/o Bangalore for her personal enmity. She is absconding.
